                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM WILLIAM A. BUTTRAM AND
                   NANCY V. BUTTRAM, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   72, HIXSON COLLECTION SYSTEM, TRACT NO. 143,
                   FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF TWO THOUSAND,
                   TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($2,270.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from William A. Buttram and Nancy V. 

       Buttram, relative to Contract No. 72, Hixson Collection System,
       Tract No. 143, for a total consideration of $2,270.00.
